TourMap is a web-based application that allows users to create professional travel route maps and itineraries. Our service includes:

• Interactive map creation tools
• Multiple routing algorithms for different visualization styles
• Google Maps integration for destination search
• High-quality map export capabilities
• User account management and map storage

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Providing accurate and complete information when creating your account

4. Free Trial and Subscription Plans

We offer a free trial that includes 3 free maps. Additional features and unlimited maps are available through our Pro subscription plan:

• Free Trial: 3 free maps with basic features
• Pro Plan: $9/month for unlimited maps and premium features
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• No refunds for partial months or unused portions

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Create maps that contain offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TourMap and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content you create using our Service. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
